What Is Blue lotus - Dried Flower?

Blue lotus - Dried Flower is just what it says — a whole, naturally air-dried Blue Lotus flower (Nymphaea caerulea). Each flower is hand-harvested at dawn in Sri Lankan waters, shade-dried on bamboo racks, and shipped to you in eco-friendly packaging. No machine-drying, no additives, no fillers.

Unlike loose petals, the dried flower retains petal, stamen, and receptacle all in one — giving you a more complete and flavorful brew.

How to Brew It

1. Tear it apart: Lightly separate the petals from the flower to expose the inner layers.
2. Steep: Place half to one full dried flower in a mug. Pour 200 ml boiling water over it.
3. Wait 5–7 minutes: Cover the mug to keep vapors in for a more potent brew.
4. Strain and enjoy: The infused liquid should have a pale blue-green hue with a subtle floral aroma.

For a stronger cup, re-steep the same flower once more. The second brew will be lighter in flavor and effect.

Why Dried Flowers Over Loose Petals?

Some people prefer individual petals for lighter, more controlled cups. But the dried flower has advantages:
