We take quality seriously. Every product is inspected before shipment. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we will make it right.

4. No Return Shipping Needed

Due to the consumable nature of our products, you are not required to ship items back. Approved refunds or replacements are issued based on photo evidence alone.

5. What We Do Not Refund

We cannot process refunds for: change of mind, accidental orders, allergic reactions, orders already dispatched, or claims beyond the 7-day window.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved: refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing takes 5–10 business days via PayHere. Additional time may be needed depending on your bank.

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a free replacement at no additional cost. Replacements ship within 3 business days of approval.
