Shipping is calculated based on your destination. We use Aramex for tracked worldwide delivery.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in Sri Lanka). Once dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your email.
3. Tracking
Every order shipped via Aramex includes a tracking number. You will receive this by email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Colombo.
4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Shipping costs cover courier fees only. Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Products are declared as "dried botanical herbs" or "herbal tea" at the time of shipping.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to most countries worldwide. If a country has legal restrictions on importing dried botanical products, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to that destination. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors and your local courier depot. If still missing, contact us at [email protected] and we will file a claim with Aramex or reship your order.
