1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using bluelotuslk.com ("the Site"), operated by AyuRa (Pvt) Ltd., based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our Store. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the products you purchase are legal to import, possess, and use in your country of residence.

All product descriptions, photography, and pricing on the Site are provided in good faith. Botanical products may vary naturally in appearance, size, and texture — this does not indicate a defect. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.

All payments are processed securely through PayHere (LankaPay), Sri Lanka's leading payment gateway. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Pricing is displayed in USD. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus shipping to your destination. Additional taxes or customs duties for your jurisdiction are your responsibility.

We ship worldwide via Aramex. Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on your destination — see our Shipping Policy page. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
